Sounding Herald, fanfare fantasy for concert band, commissioned by Bill Harden in honor of the new Odessa High School Performing Arts Center, will be premiered by the Odessa High School Band with Gilbert Galindo conducting. Also on the program is a medley of songs from Beauty and the Beast, Carnival in Sao Paulo and a tribute to former OHS Band Director Bill Dean that was also commissioned by Bill Harden and the late Lee High School Band Director Randy Storie.
